• Designation: Manager – Copywriting
• Experience: 5–9 years
• Location: Pune
• Work Model: Monday–Friday WFO | Saturday WFH (working only 0.5 day on sat)
• Notice Period: Maximum 30 days
• Team Handling: 5–6 members
• Core Expertise: End-to-end copywriting
• Profile Preference: Core/pure copywriting background; agency experience can be considered

Role Overview

We are looking for a Manager – Copywriting who can lead the copy function end-to-end while managing a team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on copywriting expertise, understand brand communication deeply, and be able to drive planning and execution across marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end copywriting function, from ideation and planning to execution.
• Develop sharp, engaging and brand-aligned copy across relevant marketing channels.
• Understand the brand, audience and communication objectives and translate them into compelling copy.
• Lead and mentor a team of 5–6 members.
• Collaborate with Content, Social Media, Performance Marketing and Product Marketing teams.
• Develop creative concepts aligned with the overall brand strategy.
• Drive planning and execution of copy-led campaigns and initiatives.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone and messaging.
• Work closely with creative/design teams to bring campaigns and concepts to life.
• Stay updated with evolving communication, cultural and creative trends.

Requirements

• Strong core/pure copywriting background with hands-on writing experience.
• Proven experience in team handling/leadership.
• Excellent command of written communication, storytelling and creative ideation.
• Strong understanding of brand communication and creative strategy.
• Candidates primarily from content writing, social media or creator backgrounds without strong copywriting depth are not the preferred fit.
• Strong portfolio/work samples demonstrating copywriting expertise.
• Willingness to work from Pune.
