The Employer is a boutique investment management firm, founded 7 years back. The firm is founded by veterans having extensive experience in known institutional brokerage houses. Their mission is to help clients create and protect their wealth in the best optimal manner through investing in equities.

They specialize in Indian equity investments for HNIs, Family Offices, Institutions, and Partners' own capital across different strategies, caps, and sectors. Currently managing an AUM of more than INR 14000 Cr.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee accounting operations for all group companies.
• Lead the finalization of accounts, preparation of financial statements, and coordination with auditors.
• Ensure full compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, MSME, and other statutory requirements.
• Monitor internal controls, risk management, financial policies, expense management, and supervise treasury activities and budget/ MIS activities.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Mentor and guide the finance and accounts team

Education & experience requirements- 

• Experience: 7+ years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in NBFC, Financial Services, AMC, or PMS / AIF setups
• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA).
