Job Description

• Lead and manage core finance operations including billing, collections, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger accounting, and reconciliations.

• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.

• Ensure accurate and timely MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet reporting.

• Review and validate GL entries, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations.

• Supervise and mentor finance team members, promoting skill development, efficiency, and professional growth.

• Design, implement, and continuously improve financial processes and internal controls to enhance accuracy, compliance, and scalability.

• Prepare and review internal financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses to support decision-making.

• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth coordination and compliance.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning initiatives.

• Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation within finance operations.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• CA qualification is mandatory.

• 15+ years of experience in finance operations, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (Ind AS), financial systems, and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP HANA).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
